Hmmm Thanks! I'm still not sure I understand what the person means. Is he kidding or is he saying Socialism is winning and making fun of the fact that Marx was Jewish.

Maybe he means that Obama helps Socialism to win. And, yes, Marx used to be Jewish.
Also, his nickname "durakdurakom" in Russian means "foolish fool" :)
